  1. The developer “town” with little sheds reminded me of the animation department at Pixar where the animators realized that sheds at Home Depot are actually cheaper than the cubicles Pixar uses, in addition to being much more customizable:

    The animation department at Pixar is what you get when you put several dozen creative, bright grown up kids in one large space and give them ample (physical) resources and then drown them in creative challenges (i.e. animating one blockbuster after another). They relieve stress by decorating!
