3.5 ways to subscribe to this blog

Here are three and a half ways to subscribe to this blog.

  1. RSS. If you’re unfamiliar with RSS, here’s a video explaining what it is and how to use it. The video makes a nice analogy. Visiting blogs is like going to Blockbuster for a video. RSS is like Netflix where the video comes to you. Also, here’s an article introducing RSS.
  2. Email. Several people have asked me about a way to subscribe to the blog by email lately, so last night I added a box on the right side of the page that lets you enter your email address and subscribe that way.
  3. Podcast. You can listen to this blog as a podcast via a service called Odiogo. The audio is computer-generated and works better on some posts than others. Details here.

What’s the half way? You can use Outlook as an RSS reader, so that’s sorta method 1.5.
