I was in southern California a couple weeks ago to help teach a class in Azure for researchers in Santa Barbara and to visit a client in Thousand Oaks. This week I was in Seattle to give a talk at Amazon. Here are some photos from my trips.

what did you think of those cities
Santa Barbara is beautiful and has great weather. Seattle is beautiful as well, though the weather isn’t quite as nice.
I didn’t get to see much of Seattle this time. My wife and I visited there a few years ago and hiked part of Mt. Ranier. That was gorgeous.
